Hello world!
Blogging…ok well here goes! My names Alice Rimes, I’m 18 and in my first year at Winchester Uni studying Journalism. I have a twin sister who’s the total opposite of me, she does an archaeology and history degree and is most likely to be down and hole somewhere washing bits of old pottery, whereas you’re more likely to find me in Topshop. I adore shopping and have a strange obsession with celebrities, what they’re doing, whos with who and who wore what, I have to know it all! I also love comedy particularly Blackadder, Spaced, The Mighty Boosh, Black Books, Phonenix Nights, I’m Alan Partridge…and stand up umm Bill Bailey, Peter Kay, Russell Brand etc. You get the picture! Oh and anything with Stephen Fry in it!
As for music, mostly old stuff…The Smiths, Beatles, Led Zep, The Stones, The Jam, The Kinks, Wellar, …and newish bands like The Libertines / Babyshambles, Arcade Fire, Kings of Leon,The Maccabees, Foals, Jamie T, The Long Blondes, Maximo Park, Bat for Lashes, Cribs.
That’s all, make what you will of this dismal attempt at a blog which turned out to be a list of my likes and dislikes really.
